Legal publisher Larcier launched a new pricing model increasing its digital sales from >10% to more than 50% and accelerated growth through M&A in Belgium and Luxembourg. Educational publisher De Boeck focused its strategy on science and became market leader in that field, while university publisher De Boeck Supérieur rationalized its portfolio to increase quality of its most successful editions. The split created “must have targets” for different logical industrial buyers of each division.
