In relation to the fast development of its activities, the Apheon Brussels office is looking for a Management Assistant to assist and support the CEO in Brussels in collaboration with the CEO’s Executive Assistant. The office is located in the Blue Tower (Avenue Louise) and is well connected for commuting purposes (tramway, bus,…). Apheon offers a permanent position as of day one.

    Job description

    The Management Assistant will be (i) taking care of the CEO’s professional and private administration and (ii) monitoring and updating databases. The main activities and responsibilities will be:

    Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

    Circulate and file administrative documents
    Manage private administration for the CEO
    Answer and manage incoming calls
    Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
    Receive and interact with incoming visitors
    Frequent contacts with very senior people (i.e. investors, shareholders, C-level people of participations, board members, advisors)
    Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions
    Design and maintain databases (including investor relations CRM system)

      Education and experience

      The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in Office Management, in Multilingual Business Communication or Languages and has minimum
         2-3 previous experience as an executive assistant
      Language: perfect knowledge of English, French, and Dutch
      Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
