Beatriz Pardo

Beatriz has built a cross-continental career in both Europe and the US. With over 30 years of experience, she has held several CEO, General Manager and COO positions at internationally renowned FMCG groups. She was most recently the General Manager and Director at Starbucks Reserve in the United States between 2018 and 2024. Between 2020 and 2024, she has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Conifer V.L., a joint venture between Starbucks and Princi.
