She was most recently the General Manager and Director at Starbucks Reserve in the United States between 2018 and 2024. Between 2020 and 2024, she has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Conifer V.L., a joint venture between Starbucks and Princi. In addition, Beatriz is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Heineken N.V. Prior to her current positions, Beatriz served as Division CEO and member of the Executive Committee of Grupo Vips. She has also held executive and strategy roles at Carrefour and Monitor Company, and was also co-founder and COO of Canelafoods for eight years.
